The Office of Public Accountability (OPA)/Ratepayer Advocate invites you to our inaugural Solution Summit on Wednesday, March 18 in Wilmington. The Solutions Summit will connect ratepayers with LADWP staff to assist with enrollment in financial assistance and payment plan programs and provide community members an opportunity to craft solutions that will improve their customer experience and interactions with the utility.
WHAT TO BRING:
To sign up for the LIFELINE program on-site, please bring:
- proof of age (copy of driver’s license or ID card),
- proof of income (form 540, Social Security Benefit, General Relief, or CalWORKS/AFDC),
- proof of disability (a recent certification signed by a certified physician within the last 2 years),
- LADWP bill, gas bill, or telephone bill.
If you can’t make it on March 18th, please join us on March 25th in North Hollywood and April 1st in Lincoln Heights. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
