LADWP Information

OPA is a department within the City of Los Angeles that has a core mission to promote transparency and accountability at LADWP. Our job isn’t to run or make decisions for the utility, but to act as an independent watchdog over LADWP on behalf of the public. In our role as the Ratepayer Advocate, we are committed to connecting you with the information and support you need as an LADWP customer.
