With over 28 years of dedicated public service to the City of Los Angeles, Debbie brings a broad depth of operational experience, cross-departmental insight, and strategic oversight to the Office of Public Accountability.
Throughout her career, she has served the City across key public agencies, including 16 years with Public Works Bureau of Street Services, 9 years with the Los Angeles Police Department, 2 years with the Los Angeles Housing Department, and 2 years with Public Works Bureau of Engineering.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Whittier College. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and visiting Disneyland often.
