How to use this form: When filling out the Ratepayer Contact form, please include supporting documents in your submission. These can include previous bills, LADWP notices, and correspondence with LADWP. In the “message” section of the form, please include relevant information like the nature of the issue, dates, whether you’ve reached out to LADWP for resolution, and their response.
If your issue is related to billing, contacting LADWP first is the best option. Information on the billing dispute process can be found in our Billing Issues and Disputes page. If you have already followed LADWP’s billing dispute process, please include details about your communication with LADWP and upload any relevant documentation in the google form.
